How to Participate
The Monday Group Session began in March of 2020 with participants from around the world. Monthly sessions are guided by the group's intentions addressing areas of life such as stress, energy, clarity, sleep, immune and hormone balance, emotional resilience, relationship harmony, creativity and more.
