What is Emotional Resolution (EmRes)?


  • The EmRes method connects you to the origin of a stressful emotion through your physical sensations. These physical sensations provide a precise road map or GPS to the origin of the disruptive emotion accessing the body's natural capacity to resolve disruptive emotions.​
  • By observing current sensations from a safe place, the brain integrates and updates the obsolete emotional pattern.
  • The results are immediate and long-lasting allowing people to live free from the heaviness of emotional burdens.

What keeps you from finding inner peace?


Inhibition - Do you feel stuck or held back in areas such as personal relationships, finances, body composition, career, education, money, holding grudges, physical pain, phobias, or anxiety?

Aggression - Do you become aggressive or direct anger towards a spouse, partner, child, parent, boss, co-worker, religion, political group, organization, or during competitive events?

Avoidance - Are you running from or attempting to run from life's responsibilities in areas such as relationships, financial decisions, change, conflict, social settings, meeting new people, public speaking or intimacy?

Where do stressful emotions come from?

Neuroscience researchers widely agree on this fact, our stressful emotions come from physical sensations generated by false predictions of the subconscious mind.  These false predictions are based on the body's memory of an original high stress event experienced in fetal life, birth, childhood, or any event during life.  


How many sessions are needed?
An EmRes session can address several aspects of an emotional trigger within a session. Once resolved, the emotional trigger will not return. For example, once the "fear of heights' is resolved in a session, that specific fear will not return. 

Often, there are several aspects of life affected by a person's anxiety, depression, PTSD, and anger, to name a few. It us unrealistic to assume one EmRes session will resolve all anxiety or all depression. The EmRes session will resolve the specific trigger of anxiety addressed in the session.

What happens during an EmRes Session?
  • Emotional Resolution sessions can be facilitated by phone or Zoom.
  • You will be sitting comfortably and are fully conscious during the session.
  • No revisiting or retriggering the original trauma or high stress event. 
  • There is no need to share any private details or personal history.
  • This method is like having a casual conversation.
  • A typical session is 45 - 60 minutes.
  • After the session, a "check in" appointment is made to ensure positive results.
