Emotional Resolution (EmRes) is a proven process integrating the body’s innate ability to resolve stressful emotions, unhealthy behavior patterns, and physical symptoms. The EmRes method is grounded in the latest findings of neuroscience researchers and authors such as Lisa Feldman Barrett, Bruce McEwen, Joseph Ledoux, Charles Harrington, Gabor Mate, and Peter Levine.
Viscero-somatic Quieting
The EmRes method helps a person experience viscero-somatic quieting, an inborn natural capacity allowing the body to update stored memory. Once updated, the body-mind is in relationship with life's current reality. As a result, we now respond to life from a place of healthy emotional expression and feelings. This saves a tremendous amount of energy which can be used by the healing, repair, vitality, and long-term health.

Learn to help children, teens, and adults resolve their emotional stress without triggering the original trauma, sharing private details or life history. EmRes sessions can be facilitated in person, by phone or Zoom.
