This in person course will be held in the office of Angela Adkins and has a select number of new student registration openings. Repeat students may be placed on a waiting list. Once full, the registrations are closed to potential students. Last minute cancellations create a situation where a spot in the class can not be filled. Below is the cancellation policy for this online course.
- Cancellations received 14 days prior to the course date will be refunded in full minus a $25 refund processing fee.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days in advance will be refunded minus a $125 fee for the pre-ordered manual. The late cancellation fee can be applied to a future course or a session. - Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course can be applied to future MindScape course or BodyTalk course taught by Angela Adkins.
- If the course is cancelled, for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Force Majeure
We care deeply about providing a meaningful and reliable MindScape experience. However, if unexpected events occur that are outside the control of Angela Adkins or Insight to Wellness—such as severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, transportation, major technology failures, or other circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to hold the program—we may need to adjust our plans. This could include rescheduling, modifying the format, or moving the program online. If such a situation arises, we’ll communicate with you as quickly as possible and do our best to offer a smooth alternative. By registering, you acknowledge that these rare circumstances may occur.
