Week 1 - "The Birth of a Habit" -
"The Loop Formation," eight categories of habits, the epicenter of rewards, basal ganglia vault, liaison of the limbic system, role of the pre-frontal cortex, fetal programming, and the "Dopamine Factory."
                                  
* Week 2 - "The Magnificent Seven" -
Let's explore the functions and characteristics of Dopamine and Serotonin, four dopamine pathways of habits in the brain, serotonin pathways,  "The Dopamine Factory," significance of the Gut- Brain in serotonin.
                                                                                       
Week 3 - "Cravings - A Desire for Stability" -  
Stomach hunger vs. mind hunger, three types of food cravings, microbiome fetal life and acquired tastes, food consumption signals of ghrelin vs. leptin, compulsive eating, vagus nerve and eating disorders, poisoning the gut brain microbiome

Week 4 - "Sound the Alarm!" - 
"Threat" based habits, over indulgence vs. over avoidance, who is the brain's "stress informant"?, true threats vs. an inconvenience, cortisol a friend or foe?, how does worrying provide relief?, chronic anxiety, self generated threats, emotional regulation of our past, present and future, PTSD and substance P.
                                                                                               
Week 5 - "Addiction: What Is In Your Cage?" - 
"Reward" based habits, why does society punish addictions?, benefits of "Bonding in Rat Park", The Big Four emotions of relapse, "gut brain sobriety", the lonely addiction of social media, common denominator of relapse, opiod hijacking  

Week 6 -  "Neuroplasty of New Habits" - 
Five characteristics of a fulfilling habit, habits of the collective consciousness, supra-mental collapse of habits vs. "going cold turkey", neurotransmitters that support new habit formation
