REFUND POLICY FOR COURSE:
Cancellations received 21 days prior to the course date will be refunded in full minus a $25 merchant account processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 14 days in advance will be refunded minus a $250 fee (the cost of the course manual). The late cancellation fee can be applied to a future course or a BodyTalk session.
TRIP INSURANCE We highly recommend obtaining trip insurance to reimburse your travel expenses (flight, hotel, or other) in case the class has to be cancelled for any reason.
If an online or in person course is cancelled by us, for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Course cancellations will be made at least 21 days prior to the class and in most cases, 30 days prior to the course. You are welcome to contact us prior to paying for the class to confirm the class will make.
