COURSE GUIDELINES
NEW STUDENTS: Payment in full reserves your place in the class AND includes your digital course manual.
DIGITAL MANUALS: All new students, who have paid in full, will receive a digital manual. This will be electronically delivered to your email address approximately 7 days prior to class. This will allow you to print specific pages as a resource for the class. We will provide the specific page numbers you need to print prior to class.
IMPORTANT: Once the digital manual is delivered to you by email, your tuition cannot be refunded. You can apply your tuition towards a future BodyTalk Fundamentals taught by us.
POLICY FOR ONLINE COURSE:
Cancellations received 14 days prior to the course date will be refunded in full minus a $35 refund processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 14 days in advance will be refunded minus a $250 fee. The late cancellation fee can be applied to a future course or a BodyTalk session.
If the course is cancelled by us, for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
