This is an in person course.

Experience Advanced MindScape in the heart of historic Grapevine, TX. Anchored by Main Street, this walkable, preserved historic area is home to winery tasting rooms, the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, the Palace Arts Center, the Grapevine Glockenspiel Clock Tower, one-of-a-kind shops, live entertainment venues, restaurants, and art galleries.

Grapevine offers easy access from major highways for commuters, and out‑of‑state students will appreciate being only 5 minutes from DFW International Airport.

Free Airport Shuttle
DFW International Airport is 5 minutes from the hotel with free hotel shuttle. Love Field Airport (Southwest Airlines) is about 20 miles from the hotel (no hotel shuttle service to Love Field).

$700 - new students paid in full by October 8 ($100 savings)
$800 - regular tuition new students paid after October 8

Students Repeating Advanced MindScape
$200 - repeat student with Practitioner IBA Membership (Certified BodyTalk Practitioner)
$400 - repeat student with Standard IBA Membership
$600 - repeat student non-IBA Membership

Travel:
Travel arrangements are the full responsibility of the student, including all transportation, lodging, and related costs. Before booking any travel, please contact our office to confirm the course availability. We strongly recommend purchasing refundable or flexible tickets to protect yourself from unexpected adjustments or course cancellation. Our office cannot reimburse, cover, or assume liability for any travel expenses incurred by the student.

Please Note: This is an in person course. Once full, the registrations are closed to all potential students. Last minute cancellations create a situation where a spot in the class can not be filled. Below is the cancellation policy for this online course.

Please read the cancellation policy carefully before paying.

Cancellations received 21 days prior to the course date will be refunded in full minus a $25 refund processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the course start will have the tuition applied to a future course taught by Angela or Todd Adkins or for personal sessions. Please contact our office for any questions regarding cancellation policies at 972-922-9572 or [email protected]
If the course is cancelled by the office of Angela Adkins, for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Force Majeure
We care deeply about providing a meaningful experience. However, if unexpected events occur that are outside the control of Angela Adkins or Insight to Wellness—such as severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, transportation, major technology failures, or other circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to hold the program—we may need to adjust our plans. This could include rescheduling, modifying the format, or moving the program online. If such a situation arises, we’ll communicate with you as quickly as possible and do our best to offer a smooth alternative.
